Hello all at Bulldog.

I recently purchased your model rs82i remote starter kit.  It worked perfectly.  I've seen numerous other Bulldog products in the store that have obviously been opened, attempted, and finally returned.  I guess lots of people don't have what it takes to install your product.  Well, I did, and I am confident that this remote starter will play a major role in prolonging the life of my '88 Volvo 240 wagon, a car with almost 250,000 miles but still going strong.  I live in Madison, WI near a lake and the winds blow fierce.  It gets really cold here and I really look forward to getting into a warm car and never scraping ice off the windshield again, thanks to your wonderful, easy-to-install, affordable product.  Keep up the good work.

I wanted to thank all you folks at Bulldog, we hooked up the RS82 yesterday (10-04-03) and a bypass module on a 1994 cadillac and had to make a call into your tech support and within 10 minutes we had a call back and he told us what we were doing wrong and we corrected it and now it works like a champ! Thanks again to all at Team Bulldog!

PS I will always have a remote start in any of my vehicles!

Just had to write to let someone know. I was in the process of installing one of your remote starters. I have done 5 or 6 previously for friends and family, but this was the first that required a theft alarm bypass module. The started would bring on all the dashboard lights but would not engage the vehicle's starter. Come to find out, the problem had to do with a key that we hadn't coded. The key was bought at a business here in town and not from Bulldog or its affiliates. Of course the owner of the business that sold us the key hadn't told us how to code a key, probably due to the fact that he is also in business to install these devices himself. Maybe he was hoping we would give up and bring the vehicle to him.

    Anyway after a very brief conversation with one of your techs it became obvious that all we had to do was to code the new key. He told us this was a very simple procedure and that it could be found in our vehcle owners manual. We tried the procedure and sure enough he was right. I want to say that he was very helpful, courteous, able to explain things in our "DO it Yourself" language, and made sure that I understood the directions before he would allow me to hang up. I wish I could have remember his name.  I have had a few problems with the first one or two installations and I have always been pointed in the right direction in a very professional and kind manner.

    Thank you very much for your wonderful products, easy to read instructions, but most of all for employing such wonderful and knowlegeable people.
